REFUND POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 18, 2024

At Curtis Quow Real Estate, we aim to provide an excellent experience with every purchase. Please review our order and shipping policy to understand our process and how we handle pre-orders, exchanges, and shipping.

1. PRE-ORDERS

For items marked as pre-orders, please note the following:

Processing Time: Pre-orders will ship 2 to 3 weeks after the order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING

  • Shipping Time: Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received (excluding pre-orders).

  • Shipping Notifications: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, which can be selected at checkout.

 3. REFUNDS OR RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or returns on any orders. All sales are final.

4. EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at connect@curtisquow.com

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back the damaged item. We will ship the replacement once the damaged item has been returned to us.
